Since hospital food can be hit or miss, usually miss, I would bring her something I knew she would eat, and I alway brought Ice Cream.  She loved Ice Cream, and had a reputation at the hospital for loving it.  It was her time when she had her Ice Cream, and she was always happy eating it.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now I find out that there have been studies conducted, and Ice Cream can have huge benefits for people with Dementia and Alzheimers!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maybe we can work this in to our Charity!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>When mom was in the hospital, I made sure to bring her dinner as often as I could.
