Most Christians don’t know much about Judaism, even though they worship a Jewish Rabbi. I better understanding of Judaism will give a better understanding of Jesus.
As a Student of History, I have read a lot about the American Civil War. Then I met a group of Historical War-gamers who played a lot of scenarios involving the Napoleonic Wars. The Napoleonic Wars were new to me, and I was practically mocked; how could I understand the American Civil War when all of their tactics are based on Napoleon! The same could be said of Jesus and Judaism!
